This notice explains how Izan Deals ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use izandeals.com, shop, pay in bits, sell, or chat with our assistant.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, and sign-in information (for example from Google).
• Order and payment details: items, amounts, plan choice, shipping details, and payment status. Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Seller details: listings, images, and membership status.
• Assistant chats: messages you send to our shopping assistant, saved to your account.
• Technical and fraud-prevention data: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, and records of your acceptance of our Terms.
• Communications: messages you send to support.

2. How we use it

• To process orders, collect installment payments, deliver items, and provide support.
• To prevent fraud, verify transactions, and respond to payment disputes and chargebacks, including sharing order, delivery, and Terms-acceptance records with payment processors and card issuers.
• To run seller accounts and moderate listings.
• To provide and improve the assistant and our Services.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and enforce our Terms, including collecting unpaid balances.
• To send order and account messages, and marketing only where permitted (you can opt out anytime).

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: payment processors (Stripe); hosting, database, and AI service providers that power our Services; retailers, sellers, and carriers needed to fulfill orders; fraud-prevention and collection services; and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for orders, payment plans, disputes, and legal obligations — typically up to 7 years for transaction records. Chat history is kept until you clear it or close your account.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details safe.

6. Your choices and rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information and request a copy of your data by emailing support@izandeals.com. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Some records must be kept for legal, fraud, or dispute purposes.

7. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your bag. We do not use them to sell your data.

We also use Google Ads measurement (the Google tag) to understand whether our advertising leads to visits and purchases. This may share technical data such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and order value with Google for ad measurement and optimization. In regions that require consent (for example the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil, and Canada), this measurement only runs after you accept via our consent banner, and you can decline without affecting your ability to shop. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing your browser's stored data for our site, which will show the banner again. You can also opt out of personalized ads through Google's Ads Settings.

8. Children

Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
